Metz Culinary Management welcomes the opportunity to help you plan your next event. The Catering Guide has been prepared especially for our guest. In order to ensure the most efficient service, please follow these procedures when making your arrangements. Thank you and we look forward to providing you great food and service!
Successful Events begin with proper and prior planning. Please be sure to allow enough time so that you will receive exactly what you need. Events should be planned as early as possible with Dining Services.
Coffee Service/Breaks: 2 Days (minimum)
Lunches: 3 Days (Minimum)
Dinners: 5 Days (Minimum)
Large Events (100+): 7 Days (Minimum)
Final Counts/Guarantee: 3 Business Days (minimum)
In order to ensure excellence for your catered events we must adhere to the above guidelines for adequate planning time. In case of an urgent or last minute request, contact Dining Services immediately so we can do everything in our power to accommodate your request.
Events cancelled two days prior to the event will not incur any cancellation charges. Events cancelled within two days will be subject to any unrecoverable costs incurred while preparing for the event. Example: food in preparation, labor, special rentals, etc.
If equipment is missing upon pickup after the event, the group or department who planned the particular event will be charged a replacement cost.
Due to health department restrictions and the liability thereof, we cannot allow any leftover food to be taken from the event venue.
In our efforts to encourage sustainability we will be supplying eco friendly disposable products for specified functions.
China is included in the price for the specific designated buffets. All other functions will be served with Eco-friendly products. If China is requested for hot breakfasts and hot or cold luncheon buffets there will be an additional charge of $2.00/person.
A service fee may be incurred if an event is able to be accommodated after the specified days of notice. Please contact Dining Services if an event needs to be placed in a short timeframe for additional charges that may occur.
Our Executive Chef can create a special menu for any event! Please contact Dining Services at 674-6269 as soon as possible to expedite the planning process.
